The Heart Chakra resides in the middle of the chest and vibrates to the colors green and pink. Affirmations are a great way to help heal and balance the heart chakra, as well as working with stones such as rose quartz, emerald, malachite and jade. You can wear the color green to help raise the heart chakra vibration. Here is a brief meditation that I found to be very effective. I hope you will too.
And now for the Tarot Reading for the upcoming week!

The Suit of Cups Tarot cards deal with the emotional level of consciousness and are associated with love, feelings, relationships and connections. Which leads right back to the heart chakra. I swear to you, it is not possible to make this stuff up. These are the cards I was given.
The King of Cups is emotionally balanced, compassionate, and diplomatic. Something for us all to strive for. It indicates control over feelings and an acceptance of them without allowing them to get the better of you. The King also indicates the ability to manage a situation logically, while drawing upon your intuition and understanding of human interactions. The Judgement card is calling you to rise up and embrace a higher level of consciousness for the service of your Highest Good. You may be at a crossroads, aware that any choice you make will bring a significant change with long-lasting effects. The Judgement card suggests that you may find comfort in sharing your struggles with others within a group environment. There will be others who have experienced something similar and who can show you the way to freedom from your troubles. Let them guide you and help you – rise together. The Queen of Cups is, as you might imagine, nurturing, caring, compassionate and sensitive. When you see her in a Tarot reading, you are embodying her ‘nurturing mother’ energy. You support others by listening with your heart, being compassionate, and caring for them deeply. In your creative projects and endeavors, you ‘feel’ your way into them, trusting your heart and your inner guidance to lead you in the right direction. You know when something is ‘off’, and you pay attention to this, even if it doesn’t make rational sense. You may be in tune with the cycles of the moon and nature, using these cycles to manifest your goals and live your dreams. Lead with your heart, not your head.
So, to wrap it up, this reading is telling us to stay emotionally balanced while making big life choices that require us to do so with compassion and leading from the heart center.
Have a great week!
Forgiveness is one of the most important aspects of life. To not forgive blocks us from living fully. A beautiful meditation, Jan.

That is SO true, Karen. And isn’t it interesting that we can easily forgive others before we can forgive ourselves. Sigh. Always learning and always growing! Thank you for stopping by! Hugs!

This post strikes home today with the recent horrendous events happening in our country. We need to spread love and kindness instead of hate and misunderstanding. Thanks, Jan ❤

So very true, Jacquie. The more of us that come together in light and love, the less chance darkness has of growing. Thank you for stopping by! Hugs!

Lovely meditation, Jan. I can’t help but think of the song, “What the World Needs Now Is Love.” We would all do better to spread a little more love around.

Oh so true, Joan. And I love that song! “It’s the only thing that there’s just too little of….” Now it’s going to be stuck in my head and that’s a good thing! Thank you for stopping by!

Super reading Jan. Usually, I usually lead with the heart, so I was gratified to see the importance of this today. However, a good balance is necessary.

I love that about you, John. Most men lead from the logical mind, but a man who can do both is special indeed! Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. Here’s to a good balance!

I’m sure The Prodcucer would rather have the logical side but is stuck with old emotional John.

What a spread, Jan! I like it when the cups come up… they’re the suit I’m most comfortable with, though I probably have to pay attention to the other ones more. Lol. And thanks for the meditation. That was beautiful. Have a day full of emotional fulfilment and balance. ❤

All good stuff to start the week off. I have this peace blossoming inside that I can stay on this path I’ve been put on. I feel that I’m making good decisions. I’ll keep my green malachite stone nearby. Odd that it’s also in the shape of a heart. 🙂 Love you, sister.

Wow, what a reading and again it is breathtaking how it goes along with the heart chakra topic. It speaks a lot to me since I am telling myself a lot lately that I cannot explain my feelings of resistance in any rational way. Now, this reading does confirm how I thought about it and the compassion of the Queen of Cups is so encouraging and again confirming.

I’m so happy the post speaks to you, Erika. It certainly did to me. As I’ve said before, I’m always blown away by the synchronicity of these meditations, and readings. They are not coming from me. They simply come through me. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. Have a great day!

Yes, I am blown away too when such things are happening. It is so amazing to recognize that there is a greater power orchestrating everything and we are allowed to witness it.
Always a pleasure to visit, Jan 💖

It is Jacqui, and the hardest thing for me to do. I can forgive others long before I can forgive myself. Thank you for stopping by! Hugs!

Beautiful reading, Jan, and an affirmation for me. Yesterday I was reminded of the need to sink into my heart center, especially during trying times. You’ve confirmed the importance of doing just that. Thank you. 💗

Another great reading, Jan! I am saving the meditation for later. I will be having a conversation next week that will benefit from this advice (lol) so I will make sure to reread this then. 🙂

I’m so glad you get some good from the Monday posts, Yvette. The meditation is a really good one for opening and balancing the heart chakra and what better way to approach a conversation than from the heart. Thank you for stopping by and I wish you all the best! Hugs!

Thank you, Jan, Yvette, and Gwen. Dr Ray is very good and thorough. She said Michael’s asthma is not responding well to his current medications and she has changed them all. She also contacted the ENT and they discussed his case and make a longer term plan. He will see her again in three months and if there is no improvement in his condition, he will have an operation. It is good to have a plan at least. Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers.
