I have to say that choosing only ten books out of the 95 I read in 2022 was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. There are so many more I wanted to showcase, but had to narrow them down based on the way they made me feel. So, here goes!

There had to be a Plus to the list, and this book takes that spot.

That’s it! I hope you found something you have to explore for yourself. Each of these books is outstanding! Here’s to another amazing year of reading in 2023!

  1. What a great post to come back from vacation to, Jan! Thank you for including A Voice in the Silence in such a great list of books. What a huge honor. The ones I’ve read I completely agree, amazing stories and poetry. There are some I need to check out too. Xo

  4. Wow! Jan, well done on this beautiful presentation of your top 10 books plus 1. It is never easy narrowing them down to just a few and I like your criteria of how they made you feel – a great idea. Your brief engaging summaries of them are superb and lots of new books I want to check out this year. Happy Reading in 2023!
