#MotivationMonday – #Meditation #RuneReading #DragonOracleCard

Spring is just around the corner and St. Patrick’s Day is this week. Here are some Mythbusters about St. Patrick. The earliest images of Ireland’s patron saint show him wearing a dark blue, similar to the color of the former Irish flag, not the traditional green related to his day of celebration.

And St. Patrick isn’t even Irish! He was born in the year 387 at Kilpatrick in Scotland. As a teenager, he was kidnapped by Irish raiders and enslaved as a shepherd for several years. He attributed his ability to persevere to his faith in God.

I loved this meditation, and while it may not resonate with everyone, considering our world situation, I found it extremely powerful, comforting, and uplifting.

This may seem strange to you. I was drawn to the Runes for this week’s message, but specifically felt I was only to draw one. I follow those nudges. Here’s what I got.

EIHWAZ is associated with the yew tree, making it symbolic of both death and regeneration. The yew tree is highly toxic to both humans and animals, however is also considered the tree of life due to its evergreen nature. Eihwaz is similar to the Death card in the tarot deck.

Eihwaz indicates you have set your sights on a reasonable target and are well able to achieve your goals. There may be a slight obstacle in your path, and you are cautioned not to be overeager to move ahead. This may not be a time when you can influence outcomes and even a delay could prove ultimately beneficial.

No matter how bad things may seem, Eihwaz promises that things will turn around for the better. It can merely show a slight delay. This rune informs you that only through foresight, perseverance and right action can difficulties be avoided. Look ahead in your life. It’s always best to be aware rather than caught off guard.

Sometimes Eihwaz will herald the solving of a matter which has remained hidden for quite some time. Don’t resist changes that are underway. Instead, learn to go with the flow and be flexible. You may not be able to see it now, but what you are currently dealing with is paving the way for a new and improved situation.

I can relate to this on so many levels from a worldview to a personal one. It is a great time to request help from the Angelic Realm.

And now for another gorgeous dragon card.
